Previously a Home Visitor for Healthy Families, Indiana; member of Prevent Child Abuse America, member of National Association for the Education of Young Children, Certified Parent Educator with Parents as Teachers, Substitute Teacher for IPS, Bachelor of Arts, Psychology, Indiana University Purdue University, Indianapolis, National Director’s Credential, University of Southern Indiana. Cynthia has developed several State licensed homes to achieve Paths-to-Quality Level 3 status, and has more than twelve years experience as an educator and director.
